Challenges included a progressive, seamless transition from Ruby on Rails-based web views into an Aurelia single-page application using carefully crafted iframes that looked like a cohesive application when in fact for a while it was part Ruby on Rails, part Aurelia SPA. I've also worked on a CRM form builder and converted the old Bootstrap-based forms into dynamic ones using a clever heuristic script.

Challenges included reporting directly to the CEO, recruitment and leading of a small team of 3 developers (including myself), delivery of 3 different apps in just the first 4 months at the company, and inheriting a medium-sized React Native codebase which we implemented on multi-AZ AWS using EC2 and Docker containers. I have also quickly identified and fixed a memory leak in production.
